The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Young shoots in looking for a takedown. Diaz tries to sprawl out of it but Young keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Diaz manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Young drops Diaz with a left and a right! Oh, Diaz is hurt - Young dives into side control looking to finish!
Diaz is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Young in side control lands a decent elbow.
Diaz is still in real trouble! Can Young finish him?
Diaz is trying to work for a sweep but Young has mounted him!
Young landing strikes, looking to finish!
Diaz is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Young locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Diaz is forced to tap!
