PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Anthony Stark (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johnny Rotten (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Stark might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Iron Man-Black Sabbath. Rotten is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: White Zombie - More Human Than Human. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Stark feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Stark tries to pass to full mount but Rotten defends it.
Rotten looks like he's trying to stand up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Stark is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Stark is stalling here. Rotten is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Stark seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Rotten has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

Stark is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
