This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Well, if Miike is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Gustav pushes Miike off looking to stand but Miike dives back in and keeps control.

Miike wants to stand but Gustav has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Gustav pulls Miike in close to his closed guard and prevents Miike from doing any damage or advancing position.
Let's hope that Gustav has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Miike is looking to stand up but Gustav won't let him.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Miike controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Gustav controls Miike momentarily but Miike frees himself.

A close round but Kaarlo Gustav will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Miike lands with a right and another and another! Gustav is in big trouble! Miike lands again and this time it's lights out for Gustav! A quality knockout there for Miike.

Takeshi Miike decided to call for a title shot in his post fight interview, which was very strange given the fact this fight was for a title and he's already the champion. I guess that's what getting punched in the head does for you.
