Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Zef Tanghe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ovid Julios (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tanghe looks to land a body kick but Julios moved away.
Julios tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Tanghe manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Tanghe keeps the fight on the outside.
Julios tries to close the distance and clinch but Tanghe swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Julios is pressed up against the cage. Tanghe has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Julios down to the mat. Julios avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Zef Tanghe. That's going to take a lot out of him.

and Tanghe counters with a good low kick that Julios was not able to check.
Tanghe misses with a straight right.
Tanghe rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Julios moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Julios takes one to the side of the head.
Tanghe shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Julios as he avoids it easily.

Tanghe wants to take the fight to the mat but Julios manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Tanghe has hold of one of Julios's legs. Julios is fighting the takedown attempt but Tanghe gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Tanghe accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Julios working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Tanghe doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Tanghe manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Tanghe is sitting in close to Julios's body. Julios has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Tanghe is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Tanghe is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Julios.
