Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chuck Swift (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Silva Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Silva has chosen The Wrestler as his entrance music. Silva Silva will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Swift looks for a takedown but Silva sprawls well.
Swift shoots for a takedown but Silva saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Swift checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.

Silva lands a two punch combo.

It looks like Chuck Swift has been cut.
Swift shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Silva as he avoids it easily.

Swift changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Silva looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Swift throws an elbow but Silva slips to the side and avoids it well.

Swift wants to lay and pray for a moment but Silva keeps working.
The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Silva throws a head kick that misses.
Swift looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Swift avoids the head kick by Silva.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Swift.
Silva's corner calls for a 1-2. Silva obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
A head kick misses from Silva.
Silva takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Nice straight punches there by Silva. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Silva.
Silva tries a head kick but it misses.
Swift has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Silva finds it's way round the side to connect with Swift's head.
Silva fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Silva connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Swift momentarily.
Silva scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Silva catches Swift with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Silva is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round!Swift had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Silva lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Silva lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Swift is rocked!
Swift takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Oh Swift is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Silva lands the left hand.
Swift tries for a takedown but Silva sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Swift seems to have got his legs back now.
Silva cracks Swift with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
A big head kick from Swift and Silva is sent sprawling to the canvas!

It looks like Silva Silva has been cut.
Swift slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Swift gets to his feet - Silva follows without any prompting.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Swift throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Silva's waist but Silva gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Swift off to one side.
Swift throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Silva sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Swift scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Silva is still in real trouble! Can Swift finish him?

Swift postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Swift postures up and lands a big shot to Silva's brow.
Swift pushes down on Silva's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Swift seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Swift is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Silva is hurt! He's hurt bad - Swift fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Silva from any more punishment! Congratulations to Swift! Great finish!
