Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ares Constantinides (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Diesel Power (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Constantinides comes to the cage accompanied by War by Judas Priest. Power has chosen Xzibit-Release Date as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

19 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Diesel Power!
The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Jorge Garcia and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Power rushes Constantinides and presses him up against the cage.
Constantinides lands with a light punch inside.
Power misses with the head strike.
Power wants to get back to striking at distance but Constantinides won't allow it.
Power blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Power is trying to break the clinch but Constantinides has him pressed against the cage.
Power swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Power pulls guard effortlessly.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Power manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Constantinides manages to get himself to full guard.
Power loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Power controlling from the top position.
Constantinides is trying to keep Power in close.
Constantinides bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Power's guard.
Constantinides passes Power's left leg - he's now in half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Power tries to roll over but Constantinides keeps him under control.
Nice strikes from Constantinides there.
Constantinides not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Constantinides tries to pass the half guard into mount. Power knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Well, if Constantinides is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Power is trying to maintain the position but Constantinides is very close to passing his half guard.
Power makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Power.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Power wants to sweep here but Constantinides controlling him for the moment.

Constantinides with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Power is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Power escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Constantinides gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Power manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Power throws some wild stikes that Constantinides manages to avoid easily.
Power unloads with some shots from mount but Constantinides bucks and avoids them well.
Constantinides bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!

Constantinides got a little sloppy there for a moment and Power has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Constantinides has managed to get both his arms back between Power's legs - danger averted.

Constantinides is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

Constantinides thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Power's head.
Power tries to roll over but Constantinides keeps him under control.
Power wants to get back to full guard but Constantinides has passed into side control.
Power takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Power tries to improve position but can't.
Constantinides landing with strikes to the head and body from side control.
Constantinides works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
Power regains half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ares Constantinides dominated that round.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Power connects with a body shot that sends Constantinides's belly button to the back.
Power closes the distance and clinches.
Constantinides throws a punch but it's blocked by Power.
Constantinides tries a body shot but Power blocks it.
Constantinides misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Power.
Constantinides lands a left hand that snaps the head of Power backwards.
Power blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Power scores with a nice hook to the head.
Constantinides blocks an uppercut.
Power ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Power no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Constantinides wants to control from the top but Power keeps moving.
Power looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Constantinides puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
Power wants to get back to full guard.
Constantinides is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.

Constantinides seems to be looking for submissions.

Power tries to get to full guard but Constantinides has control of the leg.
Constantinides seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Constantinides thows a huge punch but Power dodges it nicely.

Constantinides is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.

Constantinides looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.
Constantinides uses his free foot to push down on Power's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Power.

Constantinides looking to control but Power is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Power throwing hammer fists to the chest of Constantinides. What's that going to do exactly?
Constantinides postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Power looks a forlorn figure.
BOOM! Constantinides connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Constantinides wants to control the pace but Power is squirming around nicely.
Power tries to lock up and control but Constantinides gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Power is in all sorts of trouble here.
Ares Constantinides overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Power is rocked!
It looks like Diesel Power has been cut.
Whack. That's a big, big shot from Constantinides! Power is out cold! This one is all over!

Ares Constantinides tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
