The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vale fails with a takedown attempt.
Green uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Vale tries to clinch up.
Vale misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Vale shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Green as he jumps to the side.
George Green has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Paul Vale.
Vale misses with a takedown attempt - Green sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Vale shoots for a takedown but Green saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Vale fails with the takedown.
Vale looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Green is fending him off so far but Vale persists. Nope, Green circles away and we're back to standing.
Vale looks gassed!
Green bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Vale's head.
Vale looks to land a combination but Green avoids it well.
Green lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Vale can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Green and Vale drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Green.
