The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Batista tries to keep at a distance but Nogueira has taken the fight into the clinch.
Nogueira gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
With the fighters up against the cage, Nogueira throws an elbow but misses.

Batista postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Nogueira is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Batista, into his guard.
