Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Alen Milosevic!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, John Parsons!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Patrick Alders and Nard Betker.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parsons shoots in for a double leg but Milosevic sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Milosevic is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Parsons's half guard.

Milosevic wants to control but Parsons is keeping him busy.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Parsons wants to work for an arm triangle but Milosevic is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Parsons drops back, looking for a kneebar! Milosevic looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Milosevic looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Milosevic!

Parsons gets back to half guard.
Parsons is staying active underneath Milosevic, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Parsons escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Milosevic gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!


Milosevic lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Parsons circles away quickly and effectively.

Milosevic shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Parsons's guard.

Parsons has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Milosevic can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Oh but Parsons is tightening it up a little... Milosevic has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Milosevic reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Milosevic taps out! Nice BJJ there by Parsons!
