The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mola shoots in but Vader avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Vader misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Vader shoots in for a takedown but Mola shows good takedown defense.
Vader scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Vader is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Mola is trying to escape and Vader transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Mola is forced to tap! Nice work there by Vader! Very nice indeed!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Darth Vader!
As Darth Vader got his breath back, he grabbed the microphone and managed to blurt out the following: Wossup, ma niggas?'.
