The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Magnin scores with a push kick.
Cage shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Magnin sprawls well. Magnin wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Cage gets slowly back to his feet.
Cage moves in looking to clinch but Magnin pushes him off.
Magnin ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Magnin thows a body shot but no joy.
Cage fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Magnin ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Magnin lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

It looks like Jack Cage has been cut.
Marco Magnin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cage avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

Magnin ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Cage looks winded!
Magnin scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Cage tries to clinch but Magnin moves away
and Magnin counters with a slapping leg kick.
Magnin fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Magnin connects with a leg kick. Cage looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Magnin fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Magnin scores with a punch to the head.
Marco Magnin is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Magnin fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Cage.
Magnin lands a right hook to the body.
Magnin lands a glancing blow to the side of Cage's head.
Magnin lands with an uppercut that bounces Cage off the cage and back into range.

Magnin tries to bum rush Cage with a series of wild strikes but Cage uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Cage moves out of range of the body kick.
Magnin connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Cage momentarily.
Magnin lands an overhand right.
Magnin misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Cage.
Magnin connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Magnin jabs Cage right on the nose. Cage blinks but takes it well.
A slapping body kick lands there for Magnin.

Magnin fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Cage, pushing him back against the cage.

Magnin breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Magnin feints and then cracks Cage's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Cage down.

Magnin lands a big uppercut and Cage crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Cage looks OK. Magnin waves Cage back to his feet!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Cage tries to keep at a distance but Magnin has taken the fight into the clinch.
Cage drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Magnin gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Marco Magnin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jack Cage.

Magnin's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Cage avoids the body shot from Magnin.
Magnin digs a good hook to Cage's body.
Magnin is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

Magnin moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Magnin explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Cage on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Magnin thuds a left hand into Cage's body.

Magnin clinches.

Magnin breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Magnin throws a front kick that sends Cage stumbling back into the cage.
Cage steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Magnin. That one must have hurt.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Magnin misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Magnin misses the shot to the body.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The cut man is working on Jack Cage's cut.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

A combination from Magnin does no damage.
Cage tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Magnin paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Cage looks to land a left hand but Magnin moved out of range nicely.
Magnin throws a chopping leg kick but Cage manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Marco Magnin is winning the standup battle so far.
Magnin lands a right hook to the body.
Cage takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Magnin throws a half hearted mid kick.
Magnin connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Cage is breathing heavily.

Magnin sends Cage crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Magnin is motioning to the referee to let Cage up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Cage is rocked!
Cage ducks into an uppercut from Magnin and that's knocked him out cold! This one is all over!
