The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Black tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Tyson swivels and escapes.
Black shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Tyson as he avoids it easily.

Black closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Tyson quickly recovers to half guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Black is looking for a kimura but Tyson is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Black to get the leverage.

Tyson is trying to control but can't.

Black is working for a kimura from half guard. He's really concentrating on the hold and it's allowed Tyson to slip a leg under and get back to full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Tyson is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Black is holding on to half guard well.

Tyson is trying to control the action in half guard but Black is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Black wants to free his trapped foot but Tyson is holding on for dear life with his legs.
