Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Riley Marshall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brownie Jenkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Marshall comes into the arena with I Shot the Sheriff by Eric Clapton blaring out of the sound system. Jenkins has chosen TNT as his entrance music. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Riley Marshall!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 29 - 22 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Brownie Jenkins!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Gregory Folan and Elvis Blanc.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Marshall, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Marshall ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
A combination from Marshall does no damage.
Jenkins throws a nice looking combination but Marshall bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Jenkins gets tackled into the cage by Marshall. Marshall maintains the clinch.
Both fighters working to control the clinch.
Marshall using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Jenkins has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

Marshall breaks the clinch.
Jenkins will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Marshall throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Marshall connects with a right hand. Jenkins shakes it off.

Marshall throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Jenkins.

Jenkins swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Marshall fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Jenkins doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Marshall fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Marshall throws a shot to the body.
Nice defenses there by Marshall.
Sloppy strikes from Marshall. Those never looked like landing.
Marshall scores with a punch to the head.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Marshall fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Jenkins looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Marshall scores with a jab. Jenkins acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Jenkins throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Marshall.

and Marshall counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Marshall lands a big right hand that sends Jenkins crashing to the mat! Marshall stays standing though and waves Jenkins back to his feet!

The fight stays on the outside here - Jenkins looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Marshall lands a left and a right that send Jenkins crashing to the mat, dazed. Marshall thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Marshall sees an opening and throws a straight punch right through Jenkins's defenses. It connects perfectly with Jenkins's jaw and knocks him out cold! Wow - that's a contender for knockout of the year - absolutely brutal!

In his post fight interview, Riley Marshall started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
