Bootyshanks The 3rd has chosen Brother Ali - Uncle Sam God damn as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Bootyshanks The 3rd checks a leg kick.

Bootyshanks The 3rd shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Walker throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Bootyshanks The 3rd throws a shot from downtown. Walker moves away and avoids it.

and Bootyshanks The 3rd counters with a straight punch to the midsection.

Walker fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Bootyshanks The 3rd checks it well.

Bootyshanks The 3rd fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Walker manages to avoid it.

Bootyshanks The 3rd tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Walker paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Chris Walker seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Walker moves in looking to clinch but Bootyshanks The 3rd pushes him off.

Walker throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

Walker connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Walker lands a jab to the head.
Bootyshanks The 3rd throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Walker's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Bootyshanks The 3rd connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Walker scrambles back to his feet.

and Bootyshanks The 3rd counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Walker gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Walker knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Bootyshanks The 3rd on the ground.
Bootyshanks The 3rd wants to control from the top but Walker keeps moving.
Bootyshanks The 3rd pushing down on Walker's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.

Bootyshanks The 3rd looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Walker with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Bootyshanks The 3rd has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Bootyshanks The 3rd is putting a hurting on Walker here, landing some big shots from side control.
Bootyshanks The 3rd works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Walker takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
