Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bada Bada (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pvt. Palmer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Palmer. Bada comes into the arena with The Prodigy Warriors Dance blaring out of the sound system. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
10 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Pvt. Palmer!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Frank Dennis and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bada looks to score with a jab to the body but Palmer is just out of range.
Palmer moves into range and connects with a jab.
Palmer throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Bada's head.
Bada shoots in but no luck this time.
Palmer throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Bada checks a leg kick.
Palmer misses with a hook.
Bada shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Palmer avoids the head kick by Bada.
Palmer throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Palmer lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Both fighters circling a little - Palmer finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Bada slips under a jab from Palmer.
Palmer lands a leg kick that knocks Bada off balance momentarily.
Good exchange - Palmer coming out on top.
Palmer swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Bada swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Palmer dips to his left and cracks Bada with an uppercut!
Bada shoots in and drives through. Palmer sprawls well.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bada Bada. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Bada with a poor takedown
and Palmer counters with a head kick. That will keep Bada thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Bada throws a jab but it's blocked by Palmer.
Palmer throws a poor cross that misses
enabling Bada to counter with a crisp jab.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Nice body kick there by Palmer.
Palmer will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Bada throws a series of punches but Palmer avoids them all with ease.
Palmer takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Bada shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Bada drops his hands momentarily and Palmer takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Palmer fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Bada manages to avoid it.
Palmer lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Palmer tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Bada is able to avoid easily.
Good exchange - Palmer coming out on top.
Bada is rocked!
Palmer lands with a big right hook that stumbles Bada - he's out on his feet here! Palmer follows up with another monster hook that separates Bada from consciousness! Bada falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Palmer stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Pvt. Palmer!
