Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sekirei Musubi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ali Seyedi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Seyedi has chosen Hypnotize- Biggie smalls as his entrance music. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Ali Seyedi was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Ren Mimura and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Seyedi walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Musubi checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Musubi scores with a jab to the body.
Musubi keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Seyedi.
Musubi lands a lovely overhand right.
Seyedi pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Seyedi tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Musubi is able to avoid easily.
Seyedi misses with a low kick as Musubi jumps back.
Seyedi slips a jab and a cross from Musubi.
Nice defenses there by Seyedi.
Musubi takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Musubi missing with a left hand there. Seyedi was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Seyedi tries to clinch there but Musubi circles away.
Musubi takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Seyedi misses with a low kick.
Good shot there by Musubi.
A looping hook to the body misses from Musubi. Seyedi does a little dance to reset his feet.
Musubi throws a big shot that misses.

Seyedi slips a jab and a cross from Musubi.
Musubi blocks a head kick by Seyedi.
Musubi misses with a straight left.
Seyedi misses with an attempted mid kick.
Musubi avoids a punch combination nicely.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Seyedi lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Musubi has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Musubi and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Seyedi takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Musubi moves into range and connects with a jab.
Musubi misses with a looping left.
Seyedi throws a leg kick but Musubi sees it coming and moves out of range.
Musubi dips to his left and cracks Seyedi with an uppercut!
Seyedi walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Seyedi ducks right into an uppercut from Musubi.
Seyedi fails with an attempt to clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Seyedi looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Sekirei Musubi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Musubi thuds his right hand into Seyedi's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Musubi misses with a two punch combination.
Musubi misses with an uppercut. Seyedi saw that one coming.
Musubi misses with a lunging right hand
and Seyedi counters with a head kick that drops Musubi to the mat! Musubi scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
Musubi is rocked!
Seyedi throws a nasty head kick that just misses. He throws another kick to the head of his opponent and almost takes it off! Musubi crumples to the floor and the fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Ali Seyedi!
In his post fight interview, Ali Seyedi gave a big smile as he said 'say what?'.
