Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Brosnan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kyle Greene (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Greene is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Brosnan is surviving well by controlling Greene's body position as best he can.

Greene has Brosnan pressed against the cage, preventing Brosnan from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

and Greene counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Brosnan wants to sweep here but Greene controlling him for the moment.

Greene is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Kyle Greene wasn't active enough on the ground.

Greene looking to secure an arm triangle but Brosnan defends it well.
Brosnan wants to control but Greene is having none of it.
Greene has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Brosnan tries to lock up and control but Greene gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Greene has control of Brosnan's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Brosnan regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Brosnan is looking to get to half guard.

Greene manages to capitalize on a mistake by Brosnan to take his back!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Greene is riding his opponent, not letting Brosnan buck him off.
Greene's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Kyle Greene showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!


Greene throws a head kick that looked like it stung.

Greene ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Greene no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Greene stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Brosnan swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Greene shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Brosnan napping and manages to drive through into side control!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Greene is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Well Greene has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
