Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Liam Godfrey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lalli Koylio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Bruno Lombardi and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Godfrey tries to close the distance and clinch up but Koylio swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Godfrey fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Koylio avoids it really well and circles away.
Godfrey doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Koylio counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Godfrey!
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Koylio shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Godfrey napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Koylio cracks Godfrey with a big right hand but Godfrey just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Koylio works to advance to full mount. Godfrey defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

That's time! Godfrey's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Godfrey wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Koylio has him pressed against the cage.
Come on Koylio - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.

Koylio has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Godfrey clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!

Lalli Koylio is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
