The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Robert Douchet and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moninov tries to close the distance and clinch but Pudzianowski swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Pudzianowski drives through and clinches with Moninov against the cage.
Moninov has had enough of the clinch but Pudzianowski keeps him there for the moment.
Pudzianowski is trying to drag Moninov to the mat but Moninov just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Pudzianowski misses with a takedown attempt - Moninov sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Moninov could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Moninov bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Moninov tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Moninov has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Pudzianowski is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Moninov lets go of the hold and Pudzianowski can pop his arm back in it's socket.
