Mason has chosen Final Countdown as his entrance music. Jayden Slash is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Slash gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Slash lands an elbow that stopped Mason in his tracks for a moment.
Slash is looking for a takedown.
Slash has Mason pressed against the cage, preventing Mason from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Slash looking to throw knees to the head but Mason is blocking nicely.
Slash lands a left hand that snaps the head of Mason backwards.
Slash lands an elbow just above Mason 's eye.

It looks like Michael Mason has been cut.
Mason tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Mason blocks an elbow strike.

Slash has picked Mason up - he's going for a ride! Slash dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
Slash prevents Mason from standing back up.
Slash is taking a breather. Mason says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

Mason is trying to maintain the position but Slash is very close to passing his half guard.

Michael Mason has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.

Slash shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Mason manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Slash is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Mason doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Slash.
