Thracian comes to the cage accompanied by I am Spartacus!!! I stand alone . These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Malek throws a jab when Thracian was well out of range.

Spartacus Thracian seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Malek throws a low kick but Thracian moves out of range easily.

Malek is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Thracian.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Malek lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Thracian has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Thracian and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Thracian's jab looks to have found its range, popping Malek under the eye.

Thracian postures up and throws a massive shot that knocks Malek out cold! Two more strikes to his unconscious opponent for good luck and this one is all over! Thracian goes absolutely crazy with his corner! Wow, you can see how much that win means to him!
