The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blaster fails with a takedown attempt.

Reynolds is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Blaster sees it coming and defends easily.

Blaster is defending against the submission attempts here by Reynolds.
Blaster is looking to improve his position.
The fighters are battling for position here. Blaster manages to regain full guard. Nice work.

Blaster is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Reynolds defends well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Blaster escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Reynolds gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Reynolds avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Reynolds trying to control but Blaster is working from the bottom.

Blaster is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Reynolds with a flurry of punches that miss.
Reynolds landing with the ground and pound.
Blaster working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Reynolds.
Reynolds lands a couple of elbows.
Reynolds must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Blaster is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Reynolds has his hands clasped together but Blaster extends an breaks Reynolds's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Blaster.
