The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Christianson tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Plexico was well out of range. Poor timing from Christianson.
Christianson throws a sloppy head kick and Plexico moves out of range easily.
Christianson is looking to slow Plexico down with leg kicks.
Plexico loads up on a big right hand but Christianson slips the punch.
Plexico tried to score with a low kick but Christianson checks it.
Christianson feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Plexico's calf.
Plexico pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Plexico uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Christianson.

Christianson lands a big right hand that sends Plexico crashing to the mat! Christianson stays standing though and waves Plexico back to his feet!

It looks like Lukasz Plexico has been cut.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Christianson throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Plexico on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Plexico takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

Plexico drops his hands momentarily. Christianson doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Plexico staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Plexico doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
