And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, George Francis and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Loompa staying out of range there.
Loompa lands with a kick to the temple. Pol shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
It looks like Ku Pol has been cut.
Loompa swings for the body but Pol moves out of range.
Pol doesn't manage to clinch there - Loompa circles away.
Pol closes the distance looking to clinch
and Loompa counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Pol thinking.
Loompa scores with a hook to the body. Pol takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Pol is looking to clinch but Loompa is avoiding it.
Pol takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Loompa takes a swing at Pol's ribcage but misses.
Loompa throws a nice inside leg kick.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Loompa. Pol shrugs it off though.
That kick from Loompa tenderised Pol's leg. Pol is trying to keep his angry face on.

Pol takes a kick to the side of the head.
Pol takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Loompa scoring well with a low kick there.
Loompa cracks Pol with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Pol takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
The fighters circle momentarily. Loompa darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Loompa connects with a body shot that sends Pol's belly button to the back.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Pol throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
No joy there for Pol, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Loompa shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Pol as he jumps to the side.
Loompa thumps Pol with a low kick.

A slapping leg kick lands for Loompa.
Pol tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Loompa paws at him with a jab and circles away.

and Loompa counters with a low kick, right behind Pol 's knee.

Loompa is looking to wear down Pol with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Loompa scores with a shot to the body.
Pol tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Loompa manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Loompa digs a good body shot into Pol's ribs.
Loompa fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Pol has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Pol's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.

Loompa throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.

Loompa is looking to slow Pol down with leg kicks.
Loompa cracks the inside of Pol's front leg.
Pol takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Loompa connects with a solid leg kick.
Pol looks to clinch
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

and Pol takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Loompa with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Pol tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Loompa manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Loompa thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Pol if he has to take too many more of those.

Loompa shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Loompa was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Pol is still in real trouble! Can Loompa finish him?
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Loompa lands a big shot to the head and Pol winces in pain. He's tapped out due to strikes!
