PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Joe Davis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carlton Robinson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Robinson's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Robinson bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Davis's head.

It looks like Joe Davis has been cut.

Robinson feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Davis sprawling to the canvas! Davis rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Robinson finish him?!

And that's the end of the fight!
That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Joe Davis.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Davis, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
