Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gustavo Fring (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gary Dove (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gary Dove has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Sam Margolis and Steven Brown.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dove stuffs the takedown.
Fring shoots in but no luck this time.
Dove has his takedown stuffed

and Fring counters with a shoot takedown. Dove fights it but they end up in guard.

Fring drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Dove manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Fring has Dove in his guard.

Fring is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Fring being controlled here, momentarily.
Fring is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Dove is controlling him.
Fring will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Fring has his foot on Dove's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Dove works his way back into a safe position though.

Dove must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Dove is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Dove tries to free his leg and advance position but Fring is retaining full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Fring manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Dove manages to get himself to full guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Fring is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Dove is aware though and is defending well.

Dove really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Fring. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Fring pushes Dove off and gets back to his feet.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Fring has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Dove should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Fring has tightened it up now! Dove should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
