Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lombard on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

Tso takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Lombard connects with a body shot.

Tso misses with a body punch
and Lombard cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Tso shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Lombard counters with a nice body kick.
Lombard fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Tso looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Gektor Lombard has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of General Tso.
Lombard throws a series of punches but Tso avoids them all with ease.
Tso ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Lombard moves away.

Lombard feints and as Tso raises his hands in defense, Lombard changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Lombard is pushing down on Tso's leg trying to pass to half guard. Tso is fighting to maintain full guard but Lombard has managed to sneak the leg through.
