Solmunen is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Blood Is Thicker Than Water. Susi Solmunen looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fightmaster closes this distance looking for a takedown but Solmunen circles away.
Fightmaster closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Fightmaster is keen to just control but Solmunen is a slippery customer.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Fightmaster in particular looking to stall.

Fightmaster wants to free his trapped foot but Solmunen is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Solmunen is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Fightmaster postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Solmunen looks a forlorn figure.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

BOOM! Fightmaster connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Solmunen can't escape the position.

Solmunen is desperately trying to improve his position but Fightmaster has a good base and remains in mount.

Fightmaster is landing with some decent strikes but Solmunen is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.

Fightmaster postures up and lands a whopping elbow - oh that's hurt Solmunen bigstyle! Two more strikes land for Fightmaster and the fight is over!
