Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Lyo Wuan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Owusu Andoh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Andoh is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Quiet. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Owusu Andoh!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Sosuke Kotani and Kenichi Hosakawa.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Andoh misses with a body kick.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Wuan is defended easily by Andoh.
Andoh lands a nice shot to the body.
Wuan shoots in but no luck this time.
Wuan fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Lyo Wuan. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Wuan wants to clinch.
Wuan tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Andoh counters with a lovely straight right hand!
A good leg kick by Andoh.
Wuan misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Andoh throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Wuan shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Andoh pinned against the cage. Andoh gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Andoh cracks Wuan with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Wuan misses with an uppercut. Andoh saw that one coming.
Wuan darts in trying to clinch
and Andoh counters with a thumping low kick.
Wuan throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Andoh's waist but Andoh gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Wuan off to one side.
Andoh misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Wuan.
Andoh uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Wuan has time to react.
Wuan scores with a decent looking hook.
Wuan fails with the takedown.
Wuan rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Andoh moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Wuan blocks a jab.
Wuan tries for a takedown but Andoh circles away easily
and Andoh counters with a straight punch to the midsection.

Wuan lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Wuan fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Wuan shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Andoh pinned against the cage. Andoh gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Andoh throws a shot to the body.
Wuan takes a jab right on the kisser.
Wuan dives in and grabs Andoh's left leg, looking for a takedown. Andoh pushes down on Wuan's head and hops out.
Andoh connects with a looping right hand.
Andoh thuds a left hand into Wuan's body.
Wuan tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Andoh was well out of range. Poor timing from Wuan.
Andoh misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Wuan.
Andoh throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.

Andoh throws the left hand but Wuan avoids the punch easily.
Andoh throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Andoh keeps the fight on the outside.
Crunch! Andoh slams his shin into Wuan's torso.
Andoh connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.

Wuan is rocked!

It looks like Lyo Wuan has been cut.
Andoh drops Wuan with a big left hand! Wuan is injured, injured bad! Andoh jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!
