Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Max Power (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Randy Marsh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Power comes to the cage accompanied by Max is coming, better be ready.... Max Power could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Randy Marsh's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 19 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Randy Marsh!
The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Hirohito Nitta and Shigeki Fujiwara.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Power takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Marsh swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Power jabs Marsh to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Power throws a nice inside leg kick.
Power moves away from the strike by Marsh.
Power takes one on the button.
Marsh on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Power. Power obviously looking to wear him down.
Power lands with a right hand.
Marsh throws a jab but it's blocked by Power.
Power throws a series of punches but Marsh avoids them all with ease.
Power moves out of range of the strikes.
Power throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Marsh lands a nice shot to the body.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Power misses with a hook. Marsh ducked under it nicely.

Marsh stuns Power with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

Marsh throws out a loose jab but Power uses good head movement to avoid it.

Marsh throws a hook to the side of Power's head but Power sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Marsh on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Power takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Marsh throws the left hand but Power avoids the punch easily.
Power walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

Marsh drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Marsh won't allow Power to get back to his feet.
Power has control of Marsh's left arm, preventing Marsh from doing any damage.
Power controls Marsh momentarily but Marsh frees himself.

Marsh throws a hook but Power blocks it.

Power clobbers Marsh with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Marsh takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Marsh wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Marsh misses with the combination.
Power misses with a straight left.
Power throws a leg kick but Marsh moved away.
Power ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
The crowd cheers as Power lands an impressive looking overhand right. Marsh doesn't seem phased though.
Power walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

A swing and a miss from Marsh.

A punch lands to the side of Marsh 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Marsh uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Power.
Power fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Marsh.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Power throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Nice jab there from Power.
Power moves forwards but Marsh connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Power swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Power rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
letting Marsh counter with a right hand.
Marsh ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Marsh changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Power tries to avoid it but Marsh manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Power to the ground. Power escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Power gets caught flat footed, as Marsh shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Marsh postures up.
Marsh content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Power looking for a sweep. Not yet Power, not yet.
Power controls Marsh momentarily but Marsh frees himself.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

We're going to have a standup here because Max Power wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Power uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Marsh has time to react.
Power ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

Power pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Power keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Horrible takedown by Marsh or perhaps it was just good defense by Power which made him look bad.
Max Power has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Randy Marsh.
Power takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

Power scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Marsh doesn't seem bothered though.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Marsh thows a body shot but no joy.
Marsh takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Power throws a push kick but Marsh slaps the foot to one side.

Power misses with an uppercut. Marsh saw that one coming.
Marsh swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Marsh uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Power has time to react.

Marsh throws a looping overhand right but Power ducks down to avoid it.
Marsh shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Power sprawls well. Power wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Marsh gets slowly back to his feet.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Power wants to control but Marsh is having none of it.

Marsh manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Power on his heels. He'll look to pass Power's guard now, I'm sure.
