Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Le Chung (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hank Benoit (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Chung might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Cypress Hill - Latin Thugs . Le Chung has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chung blocks a head kick by Benoit.
Benoit stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Benoit wants it to stay on the feet.

Chung feints and as Benoit raises his hands in defense, Chung changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Chung is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Le Chung wasn't doing enough on the ground.
Benoit tries to score with a low kick but Chung moves his leg out of the way.

Benoit got a little sloppy there for a moment and Chung has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Benoit has managed to get both his arms back between Chung's legs - danger averted.

If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
