The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Demon cracks a nice hook into Maia's ribs.
The Demon ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Maia moves away.
Maia doesn't succeed with the takedown
and The Demon connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
The Demon looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Good leg kick by The Demon there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

The Demon seems to be stalking Maia here. He circles momentarily and then unleashes a devastatic head kick! Maia drops like a stone, out cold! WOW! Are you kidding me!? What a knockout!
