Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Seanchai The Thai Zombie !
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Amin Smith!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Paulsen Ambrosius and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith feints and as The Thai Zombie raises his hands in defense, Smith changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Smith looking to pass the guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Smith sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed The Thai Zombie 's guard.
Smith looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Smith is just content to waste time from the top position. The Thai Zombie takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.

Smith goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, The Thai Zombie has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Smith but great work by The Thai Zombie .
Smith tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but The Thai Zombie wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

The Thai Zombie is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Smith knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

The Thai Zombie closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Smith to the mat! Smith manages to get full guard.

The Thai Zombie defends a rear naked choke attempt by controlling one of Smith's arms.
Smith looking to break The Thai Zombie 's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. The Thai Zombie remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Smith will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!

Smith is trying to stick to The Thai Zombie 's back but The Thai Zombie is turning into Smith. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Smith's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by The Thai Zombie .

Smith isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. The Thai Zombie stacks Smith on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by The Thai Zombie !
The Thai Zombie tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.

The Thai Zombie gets to mount! Smith was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly.

The Thai Zombie is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Smith has managed to escape the submission attempt.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Amin Smith showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!
The Thai Zombie tries for a takedown but Smith sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
The Thai Zombie shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Smith is trying to defend but The Thai Zombie finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The Thai Zombie is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Smith lets go of the hold and The Thai Zombie can pop his arm back in it's socket.
