Spencer has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Penn is working away from the top position though.

Spencer wants to get back to his feet but Penn is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Penn changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Spencer tries to avoid it but Penn manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Spencer to the ground. Spencer escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
