Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Niklas Jonsson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Antonio Ioda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Skip Squint and Winston Howard.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jonsson misses with the combination.
Jonsson leaves Ioda with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Ioda tries to score a power double leg takedown but Jonsson sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Ioda somewhat.

Ioda tries to clinch up but Jonsson circles away and keeps his distance.

Ioda is trying desperately to land a takedown but Jonsson is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Ioda.

Jonsson rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Ioda moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Ioda throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Jonsson's waist but Jonsson gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Ioda off to one side.

Ioda has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Antonio Ioda seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
