Rei comes to the cage accompanied by Alice in Chains - No Excuses. Halo is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Johnny Cash - God's Gonna Cut You Down . Xiomar Halo has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Halo takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Halo lands a jab.
Halo tries to clinch up.
Rei throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Rei throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Halo stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Halo lands with an uppercut that bounces Rei off the cage and back into range.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Rei throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Rei blocks a jab.
Rei misses with a wild body shot.
Rei steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Halo.
Rei dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Halo. That did some damage!

Rei throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Halo on the side of the head.

Halo shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Halo walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Rei checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Rei is looking to wear down Halo with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.

Halo avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
