The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Young tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Pong was well out of range. Poor timing from Young.

Pong decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Young looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
Pong tries to stand and escape but Young is controlling the position.

Young is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Pong pulls his head out easily.
Young wants to get back to full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Young is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Pong scores with a couple of nice shots.

Young is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Pong's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Pong's back!

A very excited looking Jim Young rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
