The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Botu fails with a takedown attempt.

Alam is trying to force a seperation but Botu has the dominant position.
Botu is trying to pull guard but Alam turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.

Alam keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Botu's efforts to push away.

Botu must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Alam working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Botu doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Botu manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Botu drops back looking for a leg! Alam is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Alam manages to kick Botu off! Botu jumps back into Alam's guard.

Alam looking for a triangle here. Botu is fighting it but it looks tight! Alam pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Botu is tapping out - this one is all over!
