Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Gaius Arabi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sinkaram Hamzah (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Arabi comes into the arena with Genesis - Justice blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Sinkaram Hamzah!
The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Luis Engracia and Emerson Jorge.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Arabi slips under a jab from Hamzah.
Arabi doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Arabi will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
A jab from Hamzah misses.
A shot to the liver by Hamzah. Beautiful body shot.
Hamzah misses with a wild combination.
Hamzah looks to land a right hand but Arabi moved out of range.
Hamzah displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Arabi.
Arabi has a takedown stuffed.
Arabi fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Gaius Arabi. That's going to take a lot out of him.

A looping hook to the body misses from Hamzah. Arabi does a little dance to reset his feet.
Hamzah stuffs the takedown.
Hamzah scores with a nice strike.

Hamzah throws a shot to the body.
Hamzah on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Arabi has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Hamzah.
Arabi shoots in looking for a takedown. Hamzah tries to sprawl out of it but Arabi keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Hamzah manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Hamzah changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Hamzah throws the left hand but Arabi avoids the punch easily.

Arabi takes one on the button.
Arabi throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Arabi avoids the body shot from Hamzah.
Hamzah scores with a punch to the head.
Hamzah lands with a nice body punch.
Hamzah throws an overhand right that lands on Arabi's shoulder, as Arabi tries to avoid the shot.
Sinkaram Hamzah is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Hamzah moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.

Arabi is rocked!
Arabi throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Hamzah counters with a crisp right that sends Arabi to the canvas! Hamzah follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
