Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Doug Harvey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cory Steel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Harvey comes into the arena with Bitches Brew blaring out of the sound system. Steel has chosen Immortal Technique-Point of no return as his entrance music. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Horrible takedown by Harvey or perhaps it was just good defense by Steel which made him look bad.

That was a close second round but I would say that Doug Harvey will probably get the nod.

That's time! Harvey's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Harvey throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Steel's waist but Steel gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Harvey off to one side.

Harvey shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Steel's guard.

and Harvey counters with a thumping low kick.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Steel gets caught flat footed, as Harvey shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Harvey moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Harvey moves forwards but Steel connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Harvey is trying to trip Steel. He has hold of a leg but Steel is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Harvey persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Harvey accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Harvey stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Steel swivels though and keeps the full guard.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Steel can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Harvey controls the pace.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Steel ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Harvey moves away.
