PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Keoni Kain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tonichie Hong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Keoni Kain!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Tonichie Hong!
The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Don Winkell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hong looks to land a body kick but Kain moved away.
Kain thows a body shot but no joy.
A nice inside leg kick there by Hong. That's going to slow Kain down.
Hong thuds his shin into the meat of Kain's side.
Kain lands a head kick!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Kain fails to land with a series of punches.
Hong tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Kain was well out of range. Poor timing from Hong.
Kain throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Hong.
Kain's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Hong connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Kain scrambles back to his feet.

It looks like Keoni Kain has been cut.
Kain avoids a kick to the body.
Kain avoids the body shot from Hong.
Hong lands with a cross.

Hong closes the distance and pushes Kain back into the ropes.
Hong landing some nice looking knees to the body.
Kain is breathing heavily.
Kain is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Hong is defending well for now.
Kain is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the ropes.

Kain breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Hong throws a nice outside leg kick.

That's one minute gone in the round.
A punch combination from Hong misses.
Hong scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Kain avoids the head kick by Hong.
Hong throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Hong turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Hong scores a flash knockdown with a right hook that drops Kain to his hands and knees! The ref pushes Hong away as he looks to land an illegal blow. Kain got an extra few seconds to recover there, which could have made all the differences as he stumbles back to his feet. The referee looks into his eyes and decides to allow the bout to continue. Can he survive?!

Kain is rocked!
Kain takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Oh Kain is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Hong cracks Kain with a brutal left hook that knocks him out cold! This one is over in a flash! Game over!
