Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jorge Dennis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tatsuya Aoki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dennis comes to the cage accompanied by Bark at the moon. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

A momentary lapse in concentration from Aoki enables Dennis to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Aoki manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Dennis stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Dennis wants it to stay on the feet.

Aoki has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Dennis is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Aoki.

That was a close second round but I would say that Jorge Dennis will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Aoki ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Dennis moves away.
Aoki shoots in and drives through. Dennis sprawls well.

Aoki feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Aoki must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Dennis is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Aoki defends well.

Dennis is looking to sinch up a triangle. Aoki throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Dennis's body to avoid the submission. Dennis has instead reached around Aoki's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Dennis arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.

After the fight, Jorge Dennis was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
