Creed tries to keep at a distance but Khugaev has taken the fight into the clinch.

Creed drops down looking for an ankle pick but Khugaev pulls his leg out and moves away.
Khugaev bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Creed needs to keep his hands up - Khugaev had a free shot at his head there.
Creed misses with a looping right.
Khugaev looks to score with a jab to the body but Creed is just out of range.
Khugaev connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Creed's hands.
Creed gets cracked there but stands up to it.

Khugaev rushes Creed and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Creed is working for takedown but Khugaev is calmly controlling the position for now.
Creed wants to take the fight to the mat but Khugaev manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.

Creed has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Khugaev is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

No joy there for Creed, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Creed takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Creed wants a takedown.
Khugaev lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Creed or not.
Creed drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Khugaev manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.

Khugaev stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Creed is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Khugaev pulls him back up using the underhooks.

Khugaev is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Khugaev's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

Creed pivots, looking for a leg kick but Khugaev is out of range and Creed settles back down.

Khugaev lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Creed falls backwards - clearly groggy! Khugaev dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
