The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tangcalagan pulls out of a head kick attempt.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Gracie enables Tangcalagan to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Gracie manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Tangcalagan escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Gracie gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Gracie not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

And that's the end of the fight!
That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to George Gracie.
I think Gracie has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
