Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Erin Dolor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Awmtea Sailo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Awmtea Sailo struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 157.1lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sailo shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Dolor counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Sailo slips a jab and a cross from Dolor.
Sailo gets tackled into the cage by Dolor. Dolor maintains the clinch.
Dolor lands a right hand that snaps the head of Sailo backwards.
Dolor content to slow the pace in the clinch.
Sailo jumps guard but Dolor stands there with Sailo around his waist. Sailo gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Dolor lands with a short shot to the head.
Sailo is rocked!
Dolor lands a right hand that snaps the head of Sailo backwards.
Sailo is still on wobbly legs! Can Dolor finish him?
Dolor lands an uppercut.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Dolor takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Sailo tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Dolor just stands there and leans against the cage.
Erin Dolor has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Awmtea Sailo.
Dolor dips a shoulder and cracks Sailo with a mighty uppercut! Sailo falls back against the cage and Dolor unloads with a barrage of strikes! Sailo is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Dolor screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
