And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Vik Black!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Yukihiro Shimada and Shigeki Sano.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Black connects with a body shot.
Rasmussen looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Black lands a nice shot to the body.
Black dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Rasmussen. That did some damage!
Rasmussen slips a jab and a cross from Black.
Rasmussen doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Rasmussen gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Black.

Black cracks Rasmussen with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Black has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Rasmussen to stand back up!

Rasmussen is rocked!
Black and Rasmussen are patiently standing in front of each other looking for an opening. Black throws a head kick. It's landed, knocking Rasmussen into next week! Ooooh that was huge! Black knows it - he's on the cage flexing is biceps. That's a bit weird considering he won by kick but whatever.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Vik Black!
After the fight, Vik Black was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
