Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Nalle Karhu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dace Killian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Karhu's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Phil Collins - Against All Odds. Killian has chosen Bare & Mark Instinct - Murder Machine (ft. Dieselboy) as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Karhu avoids the body shot from Killian.

Horrible takedown by Karhu or perhaps it was just good defense by Killian which made him look bad.
Killian pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Karhu misses with a takedown attempt - Killian sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Karhu throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Killian stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Karhu changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Killian looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Karhu creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Killian sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
Killian is trying to control Karhu's posture but Karhu avoids it.

Killian is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Karhu is staying active.
Karhu is trying to ground and pound but Killian uses the momentary lack of control by Karhu to regain half guard.

Karhu looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Karhu is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Killian is just riding it out for now. Karhu eventually gives up the hold.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Karhu with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Killian to score with a decent uppercut.

It looks like Nalle Karhu has been cut.
Good exchange - Killian coming out on top.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
