Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 7 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Egor Komarov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Kuba Waras!
The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Konstantin Menshow and Aleksei Zolotukhin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Komarov on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Komarov stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Komarov wants it to stay on the feet.

Waras moves into the clinch.
Waras has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Komarov after a bit of a struggle.

Komarov throws a head kick but Waras moves out of range.

Waras takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Waras shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Komarov pinned against the cage. Komarov gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Waras displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Komarov throws out the jab.

That was a close second round but I would say that Egor Komarov will probably get the nod.
That's time! Komarov's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!



Waras gets in close and instigates a clinch.
The referee is keeping an eye on Waras - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

Waras is landing with some decent strikes but Komarov is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.

Kuba Waras has got the better of the ground game so far.
Waras's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

Waras sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Komarov is desperately trying to improve his position but Waras has a good base and remains in mount.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Komarov has given up his back, trying to stand up. Not clever.

Komarov might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Komarov covers up after taking a massive shot to the side of the head.
So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.

Waras slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.

Kuba Waras comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Waras has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
