Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Ikvecenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Damien OQuinn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ikvecenko comes into the arena with Manowar - Warriors of the World blaring out of the sound system. OQuinn is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Kocky-Tech N9ne. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

OQuinn shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

OQuinn seems to be looking for submissions.
OQuinn missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
OQuinn scoring with strikes to the body and head.
Ikvecenko is breathing heavily.
OQuinn not landing any meaningful shots this time.
OQuinn looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Ikvecenko with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
This has been an exciting period of action!

OQuinn is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Ikvecenko is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
