The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson fails with the takedown.
Ramzi fails to land the takedown.
Ramzi throws a sloppy head kick and Johnson moves out of range easily.
Johnson shoots in for a double leg but Ramzi sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Johnson scores with a jab. Ramzi acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Johnson swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Johnson fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Mahmoud Ramzi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of David Johnson.
Johnson throws a nice looking combination but Ramzi bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Johnson looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Ramzi is fending him off so far but Johnson persists. Nope, Ramzi circles away and we're back to standing.
Johnson feints and as Ramzi raises his hands in defense, Johnson changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Ramzi looking for a triangle here. Johnson is fighting it but it looks tight! Ramzi pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Johnson is tapping out - this one is all over!
